FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. When is the best time to start trip planning your school trip or group ski holiday?

To ensure your first preferences are held, the best flight options are booked and plenty of time to promote and gain approval we recommend ski trip planning 18 months or more in advance. We are there with you every step of the way.

Q. How can I gain school student or group interest for viable numbers to run a ski trip?

A successful promotion can be an information evening with a PowerPoint, a letter out to families with a flyer, an ad in the school newsletter or an email to parents. A deadline of interest and initial payment is imperative to gauge realistic interest. Q. What restrictions are there on passenger numbers for a group ski trip?

To achieve school or corporate group pricing, a minimum of 20 school students or travelers is required. There are no restrictions on maximum numbers, we do recommend an accurate indication on numbers during the planning process to ensure enough availability and the best price.

Teachers can choose whether to incorporate their travel costs into the school student ski package or pay separately. Depending on Ski resort location, there is often an FOC ratio for school teachers.

We can tailor separate flight routing or land only packages for school students who wish to continue their travels. Their package will be priced separately and is subject to the school ski trip coordinator’s approval.
